hi all.
hope you are having a lovely weekend.
a gift for you. it's a demekin pop eyed fish lens 110 camera with a tripod hole. brand new in the box. just leave a comment in this post and i'll select someone by week's end and send it out. i truly appreciate all your visits here and the whole blogging community in general with their inspiring creativity.
meanwhile, the spirit of the holiday season has descended upon us around here. lights have been strung. presents are being made and wrapped. one more week of school and then the kids will be home with us, baking for neighbors and friends and those in need. so exciting.
i hope you're having a wonderful, relaxing weekend, filled with moments of peace, laughter and beautiful skies.
we are off for a quick walk before the rest of our day begins, to enjoy the after effects of a good hard rain. the air is clear and crisp and the sun is out. it's a gorgeous day.
take care. *

I have to dig up some old black and white photos from a 'photo shoot' we did across the street from the family homestead on Rexford. Do you even remember that?! I think you should post the pic of you in front of the Eiffel Tower. One of the best images ever! Thank you as always for the beautiful images. You have a magical way of capturing the moment. And thank you universe for the blogosphere.

That IS a cool giveaway. Blogs are so mysterious. You can just check in and find amazing things.
I'd love to experiment with it....
I've been really inspired by your pics, too, so It would be cool to get actual equipment from you instead of just advice and ideas.
Thanks for all of the lovely images over the years...
