1. we leave our shoes by the door (do u haiku?).
2. homegrown tomatoes and giant green beans.
3. strong jasmine green tea; steeping.
4. figs, sour dough bread, dates.

sooo enjoying being home. every little bit of it. i had a couple of days where i was uninspired and dragging for whatever reason, but i think i'm over that hump and ready to dive back into all my projects. tomorrow i might ride my bike around, looking for a new favorite coffee shop that i can plant myself in and do a little writing. i'm way behind in my (writing) class, but i think i'll just upload the lectures (it's an online class) and plod along at my own pace. it's not a race, after all.
