just a random collection of moments from our life, celebrating our little miracles (ages 9 + 6) that make our lives so special. my mom took the kids last night for a sleepover (!) so i've had the whole morning to sip tea and browse through photos and enjoy, quietly, little snippets of time, somehow captured. marvelous.
here's my mom, lovely woman, who i honor and adore and thank my lucky stars for, every day. i love you mom. thank you, thank you for giving me the night/day off. thank you for being you. thank you for all you've taught me and continue to teach me. thank you for listening and for loving me unconditionally. thank you. i love you.
we're all (moms, aunts, cousins, little ones, grandmas + great-grandmas) meeting at 1 for lunch/tea and a walk around abbot kinney to check out the organic perfume bar and some vintage dresses and the japanese general store and the girl who makes gorgeous necklaces from vintage re-purposed treasures that all look like pre-calculated tangled masterpieces. fun, fun.
i hope all you mothers out there have a beautiful, joyful day. thank you, mothers, for bringing beautiful children into this world, for your compassion and selfless hard work and the love and nurturing you have for all those around you. thank you.
